1. Service Description

WebSimple offers web development, design, maintenance, SEO optimization, and technical support services through monthly subscription plans. The specific services included in each plan are detailed on our pricing page.

2. Registration and User Account

To access the client portal, you will be provided with account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access data and for all activities carried out under your account.

3. User Obligations

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Use the services lawfully and in accordance with these terms
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Provide the necessary materials for project development in a timely manner

4. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, and content developed by WebSimple is owned by the client once full payment for the project is completed. WebSimple reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

WebSimple shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months of service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days' notice. In case of termination, WebSimple will deliver all corresponding files and access to the client.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the city of Rosario, Province of Santa Fe.
