At WebSimple (hereinafter "we"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and applicable regulations.

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on: (a) your express consent when creating an account or accepting cookies; (b) the execution of a service contract; (c) our legitimate interest in improving our services.

  • Supabase (PostgreSQL database)
  • Vercel (hosting and serverless functions)
  • Google (analytics via Google Tag Manager)

These providers comply with adequate security standards. International transfers are carried out under the guarantees provided by applicable regulations.

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations. Analytical browsing data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

In accordance with Articles 14, 15, and 16 of Law 25,326, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request rectification of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to the processing of your data
